1. Introduction

as well as all reservations and services provided by Palm Luxury Limo.

By accessing this website or making a reservation through our website, the LimoAnywhere platform, by phone, or by email, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

Throughout this document, “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the individual or entity making a reservation. “Palm Luxury Limo”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to the Company.

2. Cookies

Palm Luxury Limo uses cookies to enhance user experience and website functionality. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Palm Luxury Limo and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the content on this website. All rights are reserved.

You may access the website for personal use only. You must not:

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material
• Redistribute content without prior written permission

4. Reservations & Service Acceptance

All reservations made through our website, the LimoAnywhere platform, by phone, or by email are subject to vehicle availability and final acceptance by Palm Luxury Limo.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after written confirmation (email or system notification) is issued by the Company.

Rates, vehicle categories, and availability provided prior to confirmation are for informational purposes only and may change before final acceptance.

Palm Luxury Limo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation if:

• Information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• Required payment or deposit is not received within the required timeframe
• The service cannot be fulfilled due to operational, regulatory, or safety reasons

Any client-requested modification after confirmation is subject to availability and may result in adjusted pricing.

The Company will provide the reserved vehicle category. In exceptional cases, an equivalent or higher-category vehicle may be substituted without compensation.

5. Payments, Deposits, Additional Charges & Overtime

5.1 Payments & Deposits

All rates are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude additional charges.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

The full balance must be paid before or at the start of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Palm Luxury Limo may pre-authorize or capture additional amounts as required.

5.2 Additional Charges

• Waiting time
• Overtime
• Unscheduled stops
• Service modifications
• Parking, tolls, and operational expenses

5.3 Overtime

Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the next increment.

5.4 Payment Default

Any declined payment or unjustified chargeback remains the Client’s responsibility and may include administrative and collection fees.

5.5 Stored Credit Card Authorization

Storing a credit card in the reservation system constitutes express authorization to charge the card before, during, or after the service for any amount due.

Palm Luxury Limo uses secure, compliant payment processors and does not store full credit card details.

6. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up incur a 50% charge.
3. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pick-up are non-refundable.
4. No-shows or cancellations after pick-up time are charged 100%.
5. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at management discretion.
6. All cancellations must be submitted by phone or email.

7. Client & Passenger Responsibilities / Damages

The Client is responsible for their conduct and that of all passengers.

The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any vehicle damage.

Charges reflect actual repair, cleaning, replacement, labor, and downtime costs.

Unsafe or abusive behavior authorizes immediate service termination without refund.

Standing or using the sunroof while the vehicle is in motion is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability, Delays & Force Majeure

Arrival times are not guaranteed. All schedules are estimates.

Palm Luxury Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Lost or Forgotten Items

Palm Luxury Limo is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.

Jurisdiction lies exclusively in Montréal, Québec.

11. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
